Other Details to Note

A starter amount of the following supplies is included at each cabin: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, K Cups, salt, pepper, oil and the like. Pets are not allowed and we cannot make any exceptions. There is a charcoal grill at the cabin, guests are asked to supply their own charcoal and lighter fluid. Cell service might be spotty depending on your provider. The cabin is on city water and is safe for all uses. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. Firewood is not provided. The cabin is accessible by paved and well-maintained gravel roads, 4WD is not required. The kitchen is supplied with the basics: pots, pans, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. To ensure a smooth check-in and stay, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation. Three Suns cabins are self-check in, a door code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Check in: 4pm Check out:11am Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved by Three Suns Cabins and additional fees may be applicable. Unapproved late check-outs after 11am will result in a $100 fee. Pets are not allowed inside the cabins or on the premises. No Smoking, Vaping or e-cigarettes allowed Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire cabin, their own private deck, hot tub and private fire pit. Knob Hill is located within Three Suns Cabins, which is walking distance to the Red River. Before check in, guests will receive information on nearby walking trails, the beach area with hammocks, fishing area, and a larger fire pit area with some outdoor games. These shared amenities are all accessible only to guests who have booked at Three Suns Cabins. Please ensure to enter a VALID and operational phone number into your account/ reservation as all of your information regarding your stay will be texted to your phone. Thank you!

We spent a week at Knob Hill and very much enjoyed our stay. We spent the days hiking and exploring the Red River Gorge and the evenings recuperating in the hot tub. We got groceries nearby cooked all our meals all week at the cabin while enjoying the beautiful views. Walked down to the river one lazy afternoon also. Would love to come back in the summer season!

The cabins were a perfect getaway, plenty of beautiful surroundings and trails. Mandy and Bill were very responsive, and even went out of their way to correct some HVAC issues to ensure we had the most comfy stay! I highly recommend staying with Three Suns, and checking out the trails that line the cabins before you leave. A hidden little gem in the Gorge.

We rented out all 8 cabins for our wedding day!! The valley is gorgeous and so are the cabins. Mandy was super accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our day, like mowing the grass the day before we arrived and making sure the nearby construction would not happen during our wedding day! Would 1000% get married here again
