Other Details to Note

A starter amount of the following supplies is included at each cabin: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, K Cups, salt, pepper, oil and the like. Pets are not allowed and we cannot make any exceptions. There is a charcoal grill at the cabin, guests are asked to supply their own charcoal and lighter fluid. Cell service might be spotty depending on your provider. The cabin is on city water and is safe for all uses. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. Firewood is not provided. The cabin is accessible by paved and well-maintained gravel roads, 4WD is not required. The kitchen is supplied with the basics: pots, pans, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. To ensure a smooth check-in and stay, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation. Three Suns cabins are self-check in, a door code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Check in: 4pm Check out:11am Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved by Three Suns Cabins and additional fees may be applicable. Unapproved late check-outs after 11am will result in a $100 fee. Pets are not allowed inside the cabins or on the premises. No Smoking, Vaping or e-cigarettes allowed Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire cabin, their own private deck, hot tub and private fire pit. Knob Hill is located within Three Suns Cabins, which is walking distance to the Red River. Before check in, guests will receive information on nearby walking trails, the beach area with hammocks, fishing area, and a larger fire pit area with some outdoor games. These shared amenities are all accessible only to guests who have booked at Three Suns Cabins. This was such a clean stay and very peaceful! We enjoyed everything about it from the recommendations for places to visit that the hosts left, to the many things to do at the Airbnb itself.

If I could give this place 10 star I would! The place was spotless and the hot tub with a view was our favorite part! The host was always helpful and quickly responded anytime we had a question. We will definitely be coming back!

The cabin at Three Suns was wonderful. It was so peaceful, and the view from the cabin was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely stay here when we are in town again.
