Other Details to Note

A starter amount of the following supplies is included at each cabin: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry pods, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, K Cups, salt, pepper, oil and the like. Pets are not allowed and we cannot make any exceptions. There is a charcoal grill at the cabin, guests are asked to supply their own charcoal and lighter fluid. Cell service might be spotty depending on your provider. The cabin is on city water and is safe for all uses. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. Firewood is not provided. The cabin is accessible by paved and well-maintained gravel roads, 4WD is not required. The kitchen is supplied with the basics: pots, pans, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. To ensure a smooth check-in and stay, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

House Rules

Guests must be at least 21 years old to book a reservation. Three Suns cabins are self-check in, a door code will be sent to you prior to arrival. Check in: 4pm Check out:11am Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved by Three Suns Cabins and additional fees may be applicable. Unapproved late check-outs after 11am will result in a $100 fee. Pets are not allowed inside the cabins or on the premises. No Smoking, Vaping or e-cigarettes allowed Quiet Hours are between 10pm and 8am

Guest Access

Guests will have access to the entire cabin, their own private deck, hot tub and private fire pit. Knob Hill is located within Three Suns Cabins, which is walking distance to the Red River. Before check in, guests will receive information on nearby walking trails, the beach area with hammocks, fishing area, and a larger fire pit area with some outdoor games. These shared amenities are all accessible only to guests who have booked at Three Suns Cabins. I always choose where I stay carefully and put in a lot of research beforehand. I knew as soon as I saw the pictures of Three Suns Cabins that this place was special. Knob Hill Cabin was perfect for me. I loved everything about it, but especially the serene back porch where I had my coffee. It was close to the gorge hikes and Natural Bridge, but felt tucked away. The cabin was spotless, the bed super comfortable, and the minimalist decor like out of a magazine. I was kept informed by the hosts and felt well cared for, even had a visit from a friendly kitty one evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicely done modern cabins, exceptionally clean with everything needed for comfortable stay. Enjoyed the private hot tub and the availability of the river area. Would not hesitate to stay again if opportunity arises.

We rented out all 8 cabins for our wedding day!! The valley is gorgeous and so are the cabins. Mandy was super accommodating, making sure everything was perfect for our day, like mowing the grass the day before we arrived and making sure the nearby construction would not happen during our wedding day! Would 1000% get married here again

We had an awesome stay here. The views were incredible wherever you looked. We were out and about sightseeing for the majority of our trip, but when we were at the cabin, it was very relaxing and it felt like home. Highly recommend!
