Moonrise Meadow is an absolutely peaceful space. Featuring an open layout, living room, kitchen, bedroom and XL twin bunk beds with their own privacy curtains and reading lights, for added comfort. Outside includes flat outdoor areas, leading to a secret trail to discover a dedicated hammock area near the Red River, where you can immerse yourself in the relaxing serene sounds of nature in your own private beach that is only shared with guests of Three Suns Cabins. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, a table for dinner or games, and bar seating. Cozy up on the couch by the electric fireplace which adds touch of ambiance and glow to the living space while enjoying entertainment options on a smart TV. The bedroom boasts beautiful queen-sized bed accompanied by a private fireplace and a second smart TV for movie nights in bed. From here, you can open the back door to a private deck overlooking expansive scenic views. Sit down and relax in your private hot tub under the stars or follow the walking path to the fire pit, where you can tell stories and roast some s’mores. Three Suns Cabins is a collection of 8 uniquely decorated modern cabins, and may be rented together as a group for larger parties or special occasions. It's a truly unique area with amazing views, walks, and private beaches. Guests will enjoy 1100 feet of the Red River with access to a large sandy beach area perfect for relaxing, fishing and kayaking. Whether seeking relaxation or adventure, this haven truly has everything you need to create lasting memories.

Other Details to Note

Each cabin is uniquely decorated, Three Suns Cabins supplies a starter amount of the items below at all cabins as a baseline for guests: hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, and basic cleaning supplies. Any additional items needed will be the guest's responsibility to supply. We do not supply anything considered perishable or consumable, this includes but is not limited to, coffee, salt, pepper, oil and the like. Pet Policy Pets are not allowed inside the cabins or on the premises. There is a charcoal grill at the cabin, guests are asked to supply their own charcoal and lighter fluid. Cell service might be spotty depending on your provider. The cabin is on city water and is safe for all uses. Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided! Firewood is not provided. The cabin is accessible by paved and well-maintained gravel roads, 4WD is not required. The kitchen is supplied with the basics: pots, pans, bowls, cups, utensils, etc. To ensure a smooth check-in and stay, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival.

House Rules

SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT & RULES BY BOOKING A RENTAL AT THE PREMISES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS: 1. Check-in Time: After 4:00 PM EST. 2. Check-out Time: No later than 11am EST. If you fail to check out by this time a late check-out fee of $100 may be charged to the credit card on file. 3. Occupancy: If more people of any age at any point in time are brought to the Premises that were not included on the original reservation, without prior written permission, you will be asked to leave the Premises without a refund or we will enforce a $75.00 per person per night fee for each additional guest. Please make sure you enter the correct number of guests at the time you make your reservation. If you decide after your reservation that you need to add more guests and it is still within our guest limit, please message us and we will be happy to accommodate. 4. Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy will be enforced per the policy of the booking platform. 5. Management Hours and Communication Method: All communications shall be sent and received through the booking platform. Our office hours are typically 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM (EST) Monday through Friday. Management will be available on weekends to respond on an as-needed basis and will attempt to return any messages as quickly as possible on weekends. 6. Repairs and Maintenance: The Property is rented with the Owner’s furniture and household furnishings. The Owner is not responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment not currently available in the Property. Renter shall promptly report any maintenance issues through the booking platform. The Owner will make every effort to repair or replace equipment that is not working properly; however, it cannot be guaranteed that all equipment will be in perfect working order at all times, and no rate adjustments or refunds will be made for equipment or appliance failures. Maintenance personnel may enter the premises to complete requested repairs, even if the Renter is not present. 7. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping is not permitted at the Premises at any time. The outdoor areas are also non-smoking areas. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee post-checkout. 8. Parking: You may park in the dedicated parking area of the Premises only. Please do not park on the gravel road or in the grass without permission. 9. Garbage: Please discard garbage in the enclosed dumpster located at the end of Three Suns Trail. 10. General and Safety Rules: >Fires are not allowed anywhere inside of the Premises. Any unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $60.00 plus damages. Fireworks cannot be used on the grounds at the Premises. >Possession or use of illegal narcotics is prohibited. >No tampering with fire/burglar alarm equipment and devices. >No underage consumption of alcoholic beverages on the Premises and no contributing to the delinquency of minors. >Do not leave windows and doors open while operating air conditioning. 11. Power, Mechanical Failures & Closures: During your stay, if there is a failure of an item at the Premises, such as mechanical failures or service provider failures, we will make every effort to fix said item, but we are under no legal requirement to do so. We are not responsible for service outages caused by private vendors, such as the electricity provider, water and garbage provider, internet provider, cable provider, etc. 12. Age Restriction: Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age, and have a government issued photo ID on file with the booking platform. You cannot book if you will not be staying the entire booking period. Guests under the minimum age will be considered on a per-occurrence basis. Please message us prior to booking. 13. Furnishings: Please do not move furniture, including TV’s or other electronic equipment, from present location. If you remove accessories to protect children, they should be replaced prior to departure. Do not remove outdoor furniture from its present location. 14. Linens: Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided for your convenience. Please make sure all linens, towels and other items are left and are not removed from the Premises. Items missing after your departure are subject to being billed to the credit card on file. 15. Forgotten Items: Items left in the Premises or car during your stay are not the responsibility of the property managers. If your personal items are left in or at the Premises after your departure, you will be notified if they are found. They can be returned to the address you specify. There will be a shipping and handling fee to return. There will be a $25.00 service charge in addition to postage for any items that have to be mailed back to you. 16. Electronics: The TVs are smart TVs and equipped with streaming services for you. Please use your own login credentials for your streaming needs and remember to log out of these services when you depart. Please remember to leave the remotes next to each TV when not in use. At check in please notify us immediately if electronic equipment is not working properly. 17. Hot tubs: Please enter at your own risk. Every precaution is taken to ensure the hot tub is safe and clean for guests. The Owner will not be liable for skin irritations, rashes, injuries or fatalities. No glass materials of any kind are permitted in or around the hot tub. Pets are not allowed on the property or in the hot tub. The Owner will issue a $50 refund to the Guest in the event that a hot tub is experiencing mechanical issues and cannot be utilized during the Guest’s reservation. 18. Septic System: The house runs on a septic tank system. Please ONLY flush toilet paper down the toilets. Please use the trash cans for baby wipes, feminine products, tissues, napkins, cotton balls, Q-Tips, etc. Please do not put food or grease in the kitchen sink. All food waste should be place in trash cans provided. 19. Kitchen: Use the cutting boards provided when cutting food items, instead of cutting directly on the countertops. Please wash or put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start wash before departure. 20. Maid Service: No daily maid service is provided. 21. Disturbances: Occupancy and use of the Premises shall not disturb or inconvenience nearby guests or neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM EST to 8:00 AM EST, during which time outside noise must be kept to a minimum. Renter and their guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger others, or use the Premises for any unlawful purposes. If guests are found to be hosting a party or engaging in behavior that is or could be disruptive, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and require guests to vacate the property immediately. No refund will be given, and an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply. 22. Care of premises/Damage: NO PETS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY. If a pet is identified on property a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to the Renter. Violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all deposits and rent. Renter is responsible and agrees to pay the Owner for any damages, breakages or loss to the property including furnishings and household items, caused by the Renter or any member of their party. This includes any additional cleaning fees exceeding $200 due to misuse or neglect. To protect both personal belongings and the Property, the Renter agrees to keep all doors and windows securely closed and locked when the cabin is unoccupied and upon check-out. The Owner reserves the right to charge the Renter's credit card on file for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning resulting from the stay. 23. Major Weather Event: If the National Weather Service or local government, county, state officials issue a mandatory evacuation and your rental is within the time and geographic limitations of such evacuation order...

Three Suns Cabin is an amazing getaway for the RRG area. It was nice to start an end our day at the cabin. We were here during the early winter, and using the jacuzzi was a lovely way relax in the cold. All the amenities in the cabin were sufficient and made our time in RRG very warm and comfortable. We’d love to come back when it’s warmer and take advantage of the river area behind the cabins. Check out their recommendations for the food and the hikes, all of these thoughtful additional touches were useful and made our time very memorable.
